Touch’s pilot episode previews on 25 January 2012 [Wednesday on Fox/Global]. The first season of the series is scheduled to air thirteen episodes but as of the moment, only three are listed on IMDB: The Pilot [25 Jan], Safety in Numbers [19 March] and Entangled [02 April]. That’s NO typo - waiting period --- weeks in between episodes. It is said that the series are scheduled to be shown regularly after the pilot ep’. I hope that it’s gonna be on telly every week instead of every couple of weeks. We’ll see.
After the tragic death of Martin Bohm’s [Sutherland] wife [9-11 attack], he becomes an ex-journalist, hopping from one job to another to support his 11-year-old mute son Jake [David Mazouz]. One day, Martin discovers that his son has the ability to predict the future by linking numbers and circumstances. Martin becomes the voice of his son by deciphering Jake’s codes and solving formulae.
Touch Series Trailer:
Touch is a truly touching piece of art. It is a pleasure to watch every second of it!
Although it is a pain to wait seven weeks to see its second episode, I care not. It is worth it, definitely.
