I personally know a number of people who religiously do yoga and I have to say that I envy them. With the presence of stress here and there, yoga will surely give me the quiet relaxation and energy upgrade my body and mind need everyday.
Months ago, I’ve installed a yoga relaxation app on my iPhone. Sadly, it has only been put to use a few times. Those few times have been soothing and really calming. Perhaps I need to do yoga at least once a week but I have no idea where to start to be honest. Checking out some instructional DVDs first is a smart move to help me get the hang of it then get myself a nice yoga mat and a meditation cushion. It does sound good, doesn’t it?
