Hello. Please Hold.

Busy people like me and you do not have all the time in the world to call a certain establishment to inquire or complain about their products and services every five minutes only because their answering service is terrible.  This does sound a bell, right?  I’ve been there.  You’ve been there.  And the experience is simply horrifying.  If companies are seriously making everything to keep their customers loyal, I think that they should also make sure that the people behind their telephone answering services are top-notch… just my two cents.
