So he went down on one knee, proposed to you and you said yes with a giggly smile and a teary heart. You were overjoyed, knowing that in the not so far away future, you would be walking down the isle, exchange “I dos” and become your guy’s Mrs. before that day ended. To make your busy planning days lighter, you chose your maid of honor and bridesmaids, each carefully handpicked to plan your bridal shower; help in hunting for your wedding dress, selecting the perfect cake, hiring a wedding photographer, choosing invitations, booking the church and the reception hall… only to name a few. Not to forget finding one of the best wedding djs in town to keep the party going!
… unfortunately, in the movie Bridesmaids, the maid of honor and the rich bridesmaid are in war to prove who is the better bestfriend of the bride-to-be. Instead of getting along, they often clash. Yayks!
I watched the movie a couple of times and loved it to bits. It’s funny, hilarious, cute and romantic. Kristen Wiig, as expected has delivered her part so well that those embarrassing moments her character plays in the movie pinches your heart while making you laugh out really loud. Of course, just like any other romantic comedy, everybody ends up having a happily ever after ending. Thank goodness for that! Happy endings are everybody’s bestfriend!
