Gym wear is often thought of as big, baggy and quite unflattering, but visit any gym and you will notice just how fashionable and fun gym wear can be. Trainers are by far the most important piece of kit for the gym. The main reason is for safety, especially when doing any high intensity workouts. Running Tops

By far the most popular gym machines are the cardiovascular ones, such as treadmills, exercise bikes and cross trainers. Perfect for getting the heart pumping and working up a sweat, we need a top that will absorb perspiration, keep us cool and stay in place. There is nothing worse than a top that rides up when you are trying to jog.

You want to look for a T-shirt that is specifically designed for the work out you're doing.
